		<description>Hi,
I am relocating to a new state and I own a house. I am planning to sell my house and planning to buy a new house in new city. My realor is telling me that the price of the new house should be more than the selling price of my existing home to get the $6500 credit. Is it true? If I sell for 300K and buy house for 250K (house should be considered a primary residence in this email) then would I get the $6500 tax credit? I mean, I would be a move down customer.
Thanks
