  1. Now it's time to complete the loan application.
  2. Make sure you understand the good faith estimate.
  3. Here you will be told the amount of money required to close.
  4. You will set up to lock in the interest rate or let it float.
  5. This meeting will be with the loan officer.
  6. If there is anything you don't understand call Tom right away.
  7. The loan officer will now collect all information for loan approval.
